NOS Spiral shock
 

I've got an NOS Spiral shock 3197672 097 70 date . I can tell it fits a GM rear application. What is it's exact application? Thanks, Scott.

One of my parts book from 1971 shows this as 67 impala with the performance suspension. It also shows 68 thru 72 Chevelle with hd suspension exc SS and perfoance suspension. That book is from 76 so it's probably got superceded by then.
