By the info on the CRG link it looks like (2) Garnet Red ZL-1's. I don't think there is any firm data on colors for iron block COPO's.

I know of one red COPO that also has red interior. It was an unrestored day 2 example when a friend of mine bought it many years ago. He ended up selling it not long after and from what I'm told I believe it got restored and ended up in Floyd Garrett's collection. I'm told it's one of only 2 known COPO's that are red/red.

I've had a brief email exchange with someone in the Cleveland area that has a Garnet red column shift COPO car. Not sure on the interior color but connected with him because it sold out of the same dealership as mine - Ray Bryant Chevrolet in Dayton, Ohio. His car is a May car, mine is a September car.

If I counted right there are 15 Garnet Red COPO's in the registry counting the 2 ZL1's.

Guy claims 1-1 garnet red/red. From my account there is 4 MAYBE 5. Some fishy stuff with it as well. Said it was documented by a WELL know expert but no name.

The current L72 COPO body of knowledge is based on less than half of the 997 cars built. Plenty we don't know.

Tin Soldier was originally a red COPO, with black gut.

I remember when I bought that car. I was not sure if I was going to make it original or leave it in the race trim. Looks awesome how it is now!
