I wonder if he has any paperwork

Yenko aluminum blocks came out in the mid to late 1970s so it can't be a 1969 build with that block

Pat Musi ran Yenko blocks in the late 1970s

Car has front manual disc brakes, too much cam for power disc brakes

Copo_Cartel 01-29-2020 11:22 PM

Yenkos/Copos came with J52 power front disc brakes....NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is not a yenko copo, it is a camaro that was taken to yenko chevrolet to have a yenko aluminum can am engine installed and tuned

JoeC 01-30-2020 09:29 AM

Charley Lillard 01-30-2020 12:43 PM

I suppose if the customer asked for a metal tag, Yenko would have made one for a custom build but I have not seen a " YENKO TUNED" metal tag before.

Selling my beloved 1969 camaro due to retirement. I created this car as if YENKO would make a ZL1. It has the YENKO aluminum 427 engine, ZL1 heads and intake with a 850cfm holley. This car is like new with original sheet metal. 4 spd and a 12 bolt 4.10 rear end. Asking $99,000.00, possible partial trade considered, call Chet at 412-848-6450
