cowl induction hood differences

I've got a '69 Camaro hood in my shop that may or may not be a GM hood. I did a search, but the pictures are gone in the old threads. How can I tell the difference between a GM and a reproduction cowl induction hood?

Easiest way to tell is look at the side edge at rear of hood , repo hoods end in a small approximately 45 degree angle. GM hoods have a small notch out of the 45 degree angle. Production line installed hoods also have a week production code stamped in the drivers side at the rear by notch. Hope that helps somewhat

Looks like it is a GM hood. Didn't find the date, but I'll look again later. It may have too much paint on it.

only assembly line hoods had the dates over the counter hoods did not

A couple pics of my 69 hood with the GM sticker intact.

Couldn't find a date, so maybe it's not assembly line.
