1970 442 fully restored
Head to toe numbers matching and rebuilt from carb to pan, alternator to rear end. CA car until 2014 and underwent a near 2 year resto ending in fall 2017. Shown this year at MCACN. Car is also up for the AACA national award for the 2018 show year (scored a first junior this may in auburn). Original color scheme with the OAI hood, disc brakes and original coded 3:08 rear upgraded to 3:42 posi. Turn key car with an extensive restoration. I built car to my taste in detail and correctness and thought I'd drive and enjoy it....always hard to now that they are done. $67500http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p...0shoot%209.jpg

…. Wow … That is nice :flag: |
I saw that car at the show and it truly is beautiful. The '70 to '72 442's were spectacular.

I saw it at MCACN, at first glance it appeared to be a stripe delete. Then you see the stripes. Gorgeous!

The guys chiming in here know their stuff, I'm glad to see the names of the responders. Jason restores his cars with a level of skill, detail, and insistence on correctness that I don't even see with some of the top dollar "expert" restorers out there. Sincerely, this 442 is a bargain for someone looking for a '70 442. It'll stand proud under scrutiny AND run & drive well.
