Best non-OEM style hose clamps?

Hi Guys,

When working on general automotive repair or even muscle cars where OEM style tower clamps don't apply, what is your go-to brand for hose clamps? Would prefer high quality Made in USA or Europe if possible.

Thanks,
Dan

Follow up... through some Google searching I found Legion Clamps by Tridon - Made in the USA. Anyone have experience with this brand?

Thanks

Breeze hose clamps. Mil spec applications. Made in USA. Quality is excellent.

Hey Dan, it may be more custom than you are looking for but I have had great luck with this type of clamp. It is only a one time use but clamps very tight and barely visible. It is a shrink type and semi hard plastic tube that you use a heat gun to shrink. Comes in a variety of sizes and available at most automotive parts stores. Pictured installed on lower radiator hose at radiator and joining the heater hoses.

I'd second Rick's post

Those Breeze clamps look like a good one for a worm gear style. They specify ALL stainless, which 90% of the parts store clamps are not anymore. The worm screw on most are not stainless and will rust quickly.
The Tridon clamps only say the band is stainless...

Great info as always gents, thank you!

Rick - those clamps look great for a custom application! Thanks for sharing. I'm looking for simple screw type for general at home mechanic work. My only gripe now is that I should have made this thread about 10 years ago LOL...

To add to the worm screw type hose clamps, I found 100% stainless clamps at a hydraulic hose supplier

I've used many of these constant tension clamps over the years, excellent quality and heavy duty.

To clean up the look of a screw type clamp slide some heat shrink tubing over it. Hides most of it. The short hose at the throttle body has two gates clamps with heat shrink tubing. Had people ask what type of clamp it was.
