Original 2-Tone '69 Z/28
Looks like this one came Olympic Gold with a white painted top. I'd love to see it returned to its original, unconventional colors. Not sure it adds any value to the car but it sure is more interesting than the current color (no offense to guys with green Zs)

----Are correct master cylinders that hard to come by? It seems that 8 out of 10 69 Camaros and Chevelle's have the wrong one. And, I might as well say, what's up with the polished chambered system? That's a new one...….Bill S

is that a "K" on the trans Vin?
Somebody can take nice looking pics! Looks darker than Rally Green and lighter than Fathom green. Yes the car has flaws but I like it. Not for matching #s money though. |
Seems to me like a whole lotta BS and misinformation in that listing, for no good reason.

I guess I didn't even realize that the two-tone was available for the Z's, but I suppose there is no reason for it not to be. I have never seen one of these.

In 20+ years, I've only run across 3 2-tone Z's.
And it looks like this car and one of the three were probably ordered by the same dealer! |
It is a really pretty car. But why do a resto and not make it the original color and especially being 2-tone would make it really special in my book. 15-20k maybe to do so?
