Need a January 69 YH Rally Wheel K-1-9-1-28
 

Looking for 1 or 2 nice original K-1-9-1-28 dated Kelsey Hayes Rally Wheels for my 69 car. I have a nice pair now and would like to work on finding one or two more as singles to complete a set, or possibly another pair with the same date? Preference for a straight clean wheel with very little damage and very little pitting. I'm happy to buy or trade for a single wheel with the right date. Restored or unrestored is fine too.

Also, I have a nice pair of May dated YH wheels as trade bait. :naughty:

Just to offer it up, I have a mint pair of May 19th dated YH Wheels I'd trade for Jan 26/27/28 dates if anyone needs these for an 06A built Z/28? No rust, no pitting, no damage, and have likely been paired with these slicks since they were mounted up many years ago. Doubt you'd find a nicer set of May 69 dated YH Rally Wheels than these? Tires are not being offered with the wheels and are staying here.

Trade works best as the May wheels are being used on my car until another pair of January dates are found.

Still looking for January 27/28 YH Rally Wheels. Need a pair for the car and also need a spare. Let me know what you might have.

Don't know if I can help you out or not, but I have (2) K19 1 @ 27 YH that are pretty nice but not perfect. Someone was improperly scraping the code and made some gouges. Also (1) one rim the lug nuts were not tightened and slightly egged the hole to one side, but the lug nut taper is still small and not over stretched. That's the portion that holds the wheel. It's more noticeable from the back side, which I've included a pic.

A good welder could tig weld the area and grind smooth to correct it or leave as is for it won't effect mounting same.

The one could maybe work for me with the other maybe being OK as a spare for the trunk? Maybe shoot me a msg with a price to consider?
