1969 License Plates

I am casually collecting 1969 plates in any condition.

I am buying a few plates a month, usually low dollar plates.

If anyone has W31 on a plate that would be awesome too.

Keep an eye on eBoy Ryan as it's surprising what pops up also easy to flatten year digits and add '69 tabs/decals.
I tried a few searches w/ you in mind and saw these plates below, the last one my favourite.

No such thing as 69 plates in MA (MCs, repair/dealer plates being the exception) In 67, they went to blue lettered/numbered- sticker-expiration plates. That "Official" MA plate was mostly rescue/fire vehicles (police had their own). The oldest MA plate I have is 1909, but I have a real nice 1919.

Holy Moly!!

Thanks Pete!!!

I will have to start looking at eBay. (I don’t think I have ever bought something from eBay.... maybe a vintage keychain....)

I am concerned about that it is a slippery slope...

Yes our Ontario plates stopped having a specific year in 1973.
