Hurst/Scheifer Flywheel Products
Does anyone have any literature that identifies the timeline when Hurst began to sell Schiefer products, specifically the aluminum Schiefer flywheels?
Thanks ! |
Scheifer called it their "Albro." Hurst bought them sometime during the 1960s. Can't seem to nail the date down.

I think it was the late 60's early 70's when Hurst purchased the company and made it part of their product line. Not 100% sure of the exact date.

Does anyone know the date/year when Hurst acquired the Schiefer company and made it part of their product line?

Looks like Hurst moved Schiefer's manufacturing plant from CA to PA in 1970. :beers: ~ Pete . |
