Looking For a Project Camaro

Well, maybe someone has a 69 Camaro they would like to get rid of. I'm not too concerned with the bolt on parts like the fenders, doors, trunk lid, ect. If they are good, that will be a bonus. My main concern is with the floors, quarters, trunk pan, ect. You know, the parts that have to be welded. Drive train is not necessary. I would be happy to start with a good solid shell. Although I would like a 69 I am willing to consider a 67 or 68. Hopefully within a reasonable distance of NW Fl. Thanks for taking the time to look. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

The Moultrie swap meet is this weekend (11/18), and there are always lots of first-gen camaros for sale there, in all conditions and price ranges. Easy drive from NW FL.

Good luck, BCD.

Re: Looking For a Project Camaro

I plan on going Saturday, with an empty trailer of course. I guess my timing is off because the last few times up there what I have seen has been too rusty and overpriced. My 14 year old is going with me, he really gets excited about these shows now. We'll keep looking, sooner or later the right car will show up for us. if your going, have a safe trip.
Thanks

I don't have a set amount, it really depends on the car. Eventually I will want two. The first one to build with my son for him and the second for myself. The reason I'm looking for rollers is because I have an LT-1 for his and for mine I have an L-72, since it started life in a 69 Camaro it deserves to be reunited with one. Thanks

What is the Camaro Vin and pad stamp on your L72?

I don't have the numbers in front of me, the motor is out being built. It is the MN coded four speed block.
