Member fee billed twice?
 
Hello,

I tried to PM the Administrator, but the mailbox was full.

I was automatically billed twice, the site drew two payments of $25.00 automatically from my PayPal account. Is this a glitch affecting others?

Could I get one payment refunded or applied to next year's fee?

The reason most are billed twice is you set your PayPal to annual recurring billing, and then you manually make a payment. If this occurs let me know and I will refund. I do check the PayPal account and issue refunds as well.

Hi Paul,


It looks like you accidentally set up two recurring payments. One 1/16/18 & again 1/14/2019. I canceled the 1/14/19 recurring payment and refunded the $25 payment. Moving forward you will only be automatically billed on 1/16 every year until you cancel.


Just an FYI you are the only one that is authorized (has the ability) to set up recurring automatic payments. I can cancel a recurring payment only.

Chevyman0429 you set up a paypal recurring automatic payment on 1/10/18 and you are automatically paying your membership once a year. You are not paying twice. You have paid 1/10/18 then 1/10/19 and most recently 1/10/20. Any questions let me know.

Hi Crush,


I don't show any recent paypal payments from you. Your paid membership renewal is 4/5/20 and last payment I received was on 4/5/19.
