Hey guys Im thinking of a set of the M&H cheater slicks for the day 2 Camaro project! question is 15x7x28 or the 14x7 version, they will be mounted on a 7" rim, just wondering if these clear the wheel opening lip with the 9" section width, anybody have these or can share wheel offset combe,my car has F/70/14s on stock rims now.

Getting ready for SCR22?

I have the 15" on my '69 Nova, and they don't rub anywhere with a 15x7 steel wheel with 4.25 back space. Car is stock height as well.

I run the 14x7 dog dish wheels. My only issue is the drivers side exhaust rubs

I must have the same system (garner chambered) the E/70/14 rubs the drivers side tail pipe! do you have the 15" M&Hs or the 14" ?

I had a set of 28x9 slicks on our 69 Z mounted on original 15x7 rallys. Fit fine with no issues.

We daily drive it with 255/60-15's that have a 10.2" section width when measured on a 7.5" wheel. I have them mounted on a 7" wheel, and they also have no issues with rubbing anyplace. Car has factory tail pipes.

14x7 rims and a Pypes exhaust with dual mufflers

I should have added, I run the Pypes SGF70 transverse exhaust on my Z and I then grafted the factory 2" tailpipes into it for a stock appearance out back, which also gives a little more tire clearance.
