Question about '74 350 smog system

Wondering if someone familiar with Chevy small blocks could tell me if the smog system off a 1974 Monte Carlo 350 2 barrel carb engine would look correct on a ’69 and up 302 or 350 engine. Would the pump, air tubes(my word) that connect to the exhaust manifolds, etc. look correct? Would the pump be the same as used on the h.p. engines? The date codes would be off & the pump fan is black but wondering if the components and mounting location match the older engines. Thanks for any info & help.

At a local car show or event with the hood popped open, you'd probably be A-OK, except for the most "eagle-eyed" patrons.

7801149 pump is the same except for black fan, if the diverter valve looks like the 29295 in posted picture it will work. Smog rails would work but be incorrect for a 69, brkts will work too. pully would be a shallow groove "116" not the correct "458" deep groove, check valves are the same 5361992. Repo rails are cheap, $90

The grungy engine compartment is a survivor 1969 Z28

And the other pics are another survivor 1974 Z28

That survivor 69 Z is probably a early car with the wire reinforced diverter valve, GM went to the re designed 29295 diverter about Nov/Dec/68

Thanks for the link, neat car. I restored a 02B Van Nuys Z a few years ago and it had the other diverter valve. I was told by 1 of the smog gurus about the wire reinforced hat on the diverter valve, but I guess maybe it was later it was used.

Are there more pics of this ‘74 posted somewhere? (Being a 74z owner myself)
