Hey guys, any thoughts on the vehicle this 1969 M22 came out of originally? Is that a partial VIN above the assembly codes? Feel free to share your opinions please. Thanks Rob

Partial VIN looks like 1970 Chevelle or El Camino built at the Van Nuys CA assembly plant, but that does not jive with the trans stamp :dunno:

Looks like a "5" after the "L"..'69 and '70 camaro. Looks like it was also stamped freehand. Doesn't make sense with the date, as stated above.
