Possible 1968 B/M Camaro?

Anyone know anything about this Camaro? I called about it... original LA built V8 car, British Green with white vinyl top. A lot has changed over the years!

Current owner thinks its an original B/M conversion but has no documents... claims he hasn't called Joel Rosen and paid the $1,500 to verify it. Probably not a B/M sold car but could be customer conversion or a Bill Thomas car out of CA? I'm tempted, but not quite ready to call Joel and pay $1,500 to find out its a fake... has anyone else? Neat car though!

I have the car's VIN - if anyone has info to share, please contact me at [email protected]
Thanks!
Helmut

Save your $1,500 and move on. Very knowledgeable people have passed on this car already and its history as a clone is already known.

I love how the fiberglass hood survived the crash completely intact. Maybe he was driving with the hood open.

Just passing on some information from Joel Rosen/Motion thru an e-mail concerning this '68 Camaro...... The documentation search is $2,000.00 in advance and for this reason Joel urges the buyer to get as much proof as possible from the seller that this car is indeed one of Joel's/Motion's,before you go for the expense of the search and especially the price of the car....Joe https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

I think it would be cool parked next to the barn for conversation. They need to lose a few zero$ in the price. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...emlins/eek.gif

Looks like a clone someone build, crashed and let sit. The interior is very puffy. The hood looks like the paint is flat like it was rattle canned to match for the pic. Hard to believe the seller has no idea of any history. Its not like it looks like any other Camaro. The past owner must have known some history.

I'm sure it's the same clone that was at Pomona s-meet around 2000.Same puffy seats and all.I remember walking up to it, glancing inside and walking away 10 seconds later.

I missed part of Joel's e-mail documentation info---"...there's a $2500.00 documentation fee on very limited Motion production cars like Maco's, GT's, Manta Ray's and Moray's ."............The end.. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif

I especially like the "rust free" part of the discription. Run Forrest, Run!
