Boyd Coddington Aftermath

Re: Boyd Coddington Aftermath
I'm not surprised, but it's amazing how many individuals never put their house in order or preserve their assets before their final countdown. A simple will can keep families from becoming enemies, and keep large amounts of money from going into the attorney's pockets. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif

No will equals lots of hard feelings along with the fighting. The wife and I go tomorrow morning to sign all the final paperwork for our trust fund. I think that a trust is better than a will. It should keep my scoundrel brothers away from my stuff when I'm dead anyway. |
