Palm Beach International Raceway was opened in 1965.
Dick Moroso purchased the track in 1982 &amp; renamed it Moroso Motorsports Park.
Scott Revell, Ron Dixon, and Keith Wilson; along with Joseph G. Lubeck, and J.C. Solomon II
purchased the track in 2008 &amp; renamed it ….

1965 - Opened for business
1966 – Connie Kalitta wins Top Fuel Eliminator
1967 – to be the new host of the 12 Hour race
1969 – hosted Woodstock South – 3 day music event
Nov. 1969 – Hosted the Rolling Stones Prodigal Sons Tour
Aug. 1974 – Hosted Eric Clapton Concert
1974 – Lyn St. James – 1st woman to drive into the swamp
March 1975 – Led Zepplin – the concert that never was
Jan. 1981 – Dick Moroso purchases the track &amp; renames it
1981 – The 1st Annual 5-Day Bracket Championship
Dec. 1987 – Darrell Gwynn beats Dan Pastorini in Top Fuel
1989 – Track is in the black &amp; running smooth with a full schedule
Dec 1999-Jan 2000 – Shirley Muldowney vs Don Garlits – the Millenium Race
Sept. 1991 – Moroso hosts the biggest Jet Car Race ever in the south east
April 2004 – Lisa Kubo is the 1st PRO-FWD to go in the 7’s (7.96)
April 2004 – Lisa Kubo break the track speed record for PRO-FWD @ 186.87
