67 Camaro Quarter Panel, NOS GM?
 

Can anyone verify whether this quarter is NOS GM or not. I bought it out of an estate and the sticker had fallen off long ago. It was covered in dirt and webs so I wiped them off for the photo. I am pretty sure it is NOS but want to be certain.

Date stamp and the lack of a washer on the bumper bolt to me says NOS.Jeff
