Wheatley Bros Camaro
A guy named Barry Payne from Salisbury, MD owned this 1968 car. He and the Wheatley Bros. were good friends and they hooked him up with Bill Jenkins. The Grump said the the engine out of this car had the first set of open chamber cast iron heads he had ever seen.
I only remember it running in the 1970 -71 season and have no idea where it is today. http://inlinethumb45.webshots.com/41...600x600Q85.jpg http://inlinethumb46.webshots.com/29...600x600Q85.jpg |

Re: Marty Schorr....Baldwin Motion book cars needed.
I think it belongs in the old drag race car thread and wound up here by mistake. Just a guess from looking at the users other posts. I'm sure a mod could move it. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ouguysrock.gif

Re: Wheatley Bros Camaro
The photos were posted here because it was a Baldwin car. You ever hear of a 396 with open chamber heads? This was a 427 car.
