The State of Illinois couldn't afford to make that plate. Both those clowns would demand royalties for the use of their image.

Don't think that you folks in Illinois are by yourselves on this matter... Alabama has had a couple of Governors do time as well... We have a former Governor in Prison right now.... We got new plates this year too by the way.... They added the line from a Skynrd song to the top of the tag..... That's our claim to fame... A song about our State from a Southern rock group out of Florida...
