69 Honda CB750 Sandcast 445 original miles

Don't know how many people are into bikes here, let alone old Hondas, but I thought this was kinda cool to see after some of the other low milage cars which have been posted recently.

As of right now, it's $31,000 no type-O

Kinda qualified here since it is a 69 and they were the original superbike/musclebike. The first run of them were hand assembled and had sand cast motors. Later ones had die cast motors and were assembly line built. Both types were sold in 1969.

How many here have owned/ridden an old CB750 SOHC?

I'm not into bikes, but I've got a buddy that would flip his gourd over that thing.

I like the Seventies's era Jap Musclebikes. When the Musclecar died in the early '70's, those Hondas and Kawaski's filled the void in the heart of us thrillseekers! I've always wanted an early '70's Kawasaki H2. They were nicknamed "Widowmakers" and came with a 750cc 2-Stroke engine and would run 12-flat in the 1/4 mile. On a newer note, I currently own a modified '03 Yamaha V-Max and I've had a thing for these particular power-cruisers since they first came out in '85 and Yamaha was comparing them to Sixties-era musclecars in their advertsing campaigns. Naturally, that got my attention and my father and I have owned several ever since.

Nice looking 750 but still over priced

I have had a H2-750/KZ900 and KZ1000 along with some smaller Hondas and a Yamaha 360 enduro loved that bike as well esp in the dirt

Would love to get a 750 triple again or even the little little brother the 350 triple. both those bikes sound nasty with dyna tuned pipes on them. a 500 triple would be nice, theres one in the field behind a house in Rosemond Ca but last i heard the guy wont sell it, been there for Years

When the family convinced me the VW was unsafe, I traded it for a cool rice rocket like that Honda. Also had a Suzuki 380GT 3 banger 2 stroke, always had a drop of oil hanging on the tail pipe. A really cool sounding bike.

Yeah, those H2 were one of the fastest bikes of the era. I just can't get into smoke-riders. Had a Waterbuffalo once, but never could tune the smoke out of it.

To go fast with a CB750, they had to run 2 and 3 engines!

Not really a ride I would enjoy but a replica of this one I wouldn't mind.

Kinda a neat back story too how in March of 1970, Dick Mann won the Daytona 200 with this bike that was new to the market. Many argue that Honda's victory at Daytona in 1970 was the most important single race victory, ever, for any manufacturer. They sold a lot of CB750's after that race.
