Re: 1970 Toranado GT camper
I just looked at a 58 Cadillac RV similar to that and also an early 70's Buick. They were uncommon for sure. I think every one like that should be in the RV museum in Elkhart, IN.

That thing is cool. Being a Toro fan (freak), I've seen alot of strange conversions. Limos, ten door wagons, even airplane and boat movers. The GMC motorhomes were WAY ahead of thier time. But what's with the PINTO taillights???

"1971 Dodge Demon GSS."
Sorry to hijack the post. Boy that brings back memories from high school. A Guy named Gary Hallman from Roselle Illinois had a Mr. Norm's 340 6-pack motor we pulled out of a crashed Demon and put it in a 1967 Dart GTS Convertible in 1973. It was one of the cars to beat! Man am I that old? Thanks for the flash back, Bill Pankiw |
