New MK customer here.
Now that my Chevelle is essentially complete, I contacted my old insurer about updating the policy to reflect the added value. Apparently the added value required a switch to a new carrier and a new policy, neither of which I was all that enthused about as it meant a substantial increase in premiums, and I would lose my multi-car discount as well.
After reading all the great reviews here, I decided it was time to contact Tamra for a new policy quote. Long story short, not only does she now have my Chevelle covered, but my Suburban as well! I would like to say that I had no problems with my previous insurer, it's just that we couldn't come up with a policy that I was comfortable with under my particular circumstances and needs. That being said, I want to publicly give Tamra a <span style="font-weight: bold">HUGE</span> "thanks" not only for two very agreeable policies, but for being so pleasant to deal with and putting up with all of my goofy questions.
