1967 RS SS Camaro 4 speed 427 Tri-Power

1967 RS SS Camaro 4 speed 427ci Tri-Power.

This first generation Camaro, could indeed be a true Super Sport, but we have no documents to prove this. It is an original Bolero Red car and had a black vinyl top. It also is a true Rally Sport, 4 speed, per the trim tag.

The 12 bolt rear and trans are not original to the car.

It was purchased from the second owner, who had the car since 1973. I am told that he bought the car with this "351" block 427 already in it and was told that it was a Nickey 427 Conversion.

The new Nickey Chicago did not build this car. This is the way we received the car. All emblems and stickers are not original vintage and/or authentic items.

The car is a good driver quality vehicle. Please contact me for more details @ [email protected].

Price is $48,000.00 obo

4P means it was an original SS 350 car. Love the 3x2 427!

Nope, it doesn't. It means it could be either a SS350 or a L30/M20 car. http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#67Codes

Nice car!

I believe this car is just a bit to early to possibly be a z28.

If it was a factory Muncie 4-spd then the hole for the speedo cable would come out behind the distributor correct? If that hole isn't there then wouldn't that make this car an LF7 or L30 with a 4-spd? Very neat car like it is, bet a fun one to drive!
