Uniroyal Tire Decode P225 70R15 RWL

P225 70R15 UNIROYAL STEEL BELTED RADIAL White letter.
TPC Spec NO 1033 which I believe is for a 78-79 Trans Am.

Here are 2 of the 4 of what I assume are date codes... anyone know how to decode?
