<span style="font-style: italic">I am pleased to announce that we have again made special arrangements for MCACN participants and spectators with both the DoubleTree O'Hare and the Embassy Suites O'Hare to serve as our Official Host Hotels for the 2012 MCACN show.

Both of these hotels are directly across the street from the convention center.

The DoubleTree will serve as party central, with our special reception kicking things off on Friday. The rate is $95 per night and they will offer $6 daily parking with in/out priviledges. Last year we occcupied all but 5 rooms here, so you can imagine how much fun place this one is! Here is a direct link to their MCACN booking page;

The Embassy Suites is a bit quieter overall, and they include a great full cooked to order breakfast. This is an all suites hotel, so you will get a fold-out couch in the adjoining room for your kids or friends. Rates here are $109 for a King, and they also offer the $6 daily parking with in/out priviledges.

Both of these hotels are geared up and ready. They have nice work-out rooms, beautiful pools and also both have hot-tubs. They are both very family freindly, so bring the whole gang!

<span style="font-weight: bold">I highly recommend booking your rooms now</span>, as we sold out both hotels and an additional hotel last year several weeks before the show.

We are also firming up arrangements with a third host hotel, The Crowne Plaza, and once information is confirmed, it will also be posted.

To make sure we are able to accomodate everyone, and since we sold out both of our host hotels well in advance last year, we have added a THIRD host hotel, the Crowne Plaza- O'Hare.

Wanted to let everyone know I received my latest reservations report from the DoubleTree and the Embassy Suites and was blown away by how many rooms are already booked. I know it may be hard to think about November, since it isnt even summer yet!

Anyway, as most of us know, the DoubleTree is pretty much party central and MCACN HQ for the show, and so if you want to be sure to get roooms there, I highly recommend booking them now.

If you want to be right in the middle of the action, I recommend booking your room at the DoubleTree O'Hare right now. We have the entire hotel, but at the rate we are going, it will be sold out very soon.

For those looking for a bit quieter atmosphere, (and a great free cooked to order breakfast), book at the Embassy Suites, right next door.

If you want to keep your rig close by, book at the Crowne Plaza, again, right across the street.

I have my room at the Double Tree booked. Just have to get the car registered!
