A good friend just found and bought these GOODYEAR BLUE STREAK 7:00X15 RACING tires for his 63 race Corvette. Does anyone know what these numbers mean?

E November
1 Manufacturer: in 69 the code was 0 so I am not sure of this one.
1 Location of plant, Akron, Ohio
74 Size of tire, code is unknown
2R Type of tire, code is unknown.
I am going off the info provided from the Rick Bizzocco 1969 guidebook for Corvettes. He talks about Goodyear tire codes in there.

I've also got some old Goodyear Bluestreak racing tires and would appreciate help with the codes.
Size 5.25/9.50-15, codes TU61711R and TU51016R
Size 6.00/10.00-15, codes TN41329R and UR31243R

I also have a Firestone Super Sports Indy racing tire and would appreciate any help there as well.
Size 9.20-15, code 577-S0510

The letter T or L was used in 68 with the letter J or U code in 69. No one has figured out what the codes are for the Firestones.
