CAR SHOW PICS.
Big Steve and I went to a small local car show last night, Monday.. saw some different cars.. Thought I would post some..
Enjoy..... Rich This was a REAL 69 Z28, 302 car, 4 speed and gauge car. Sounded very healthy when it pulled in.. We spoke to the owner who has owned it since 1985. He raced the car back years ago.. It needs some TLC but was just a cool old Camaro... Good job with the pics Rich, glad the camera worked out! It was nice to get the chance to kick back and relax & shoot the bull...thx!
The Z/28 had the sound.....lots of compression. Sounded like someone shaken a can full of rocks, not a sound you hear anymore. Owner said when he got the car in 85 it was running 14 to 1 compression, roll bar and slicks. This was no lady by any means. This is the car you want to take out and beat on for the evening! I'm not sold on the Vette being a real L-89 ... But it had a L-89 in it. Drop top, side pipes & a set of trips....that'd be fun ride too! BIG |
