512 CE block value
Trying to find value of a 1969 512 427 engine, block cast date is f 14 69 This is a bare block that has been bored .030 and will clean up or may need to go to .040 has been cleaned and magged and is good. The deck is original and a real CE block. I own this and have a friend interested and would like to know what its worth? Thanks Eddie

That's not going to help anyone put a date coded correct block back into their car. |
Re: 512 CE block value
But if you wan't to build one that is stronger and new, that is what I would do. That block was taken out for a reason...

Re: 512 CE block value
Nothing wrong with 512 block...Paul is saying that for the money, you can build a new and improved engine. All depends on what your building this engine for and what it goes into.
