Anyone have experience cleaning and moisturizing old leather car seats? What products worked?

If it is too far gone, nothing will help, but if savable, this will do it.

Seats in my turbo Bimmer are 30 years old. I have used this on them, along with the Surflex colorant. They are due for another treatment. Granted, they are water buffalo hides, which is more durable than cowhide, but for their age, look pretty good.

Stuff is expensive. If you are wanting to go the economy route, I have had decent luck with mink oil. But... it will smell up the car for a few days.

Thanks Lynn. I will look into that. I picked up a 61 Chrysler 300G convert Saturday and it he original leather that's nice but dry. As soon as it's out of the trailer I will get some pics.

leatherique - we use this on all the Ferrari leather stuff - maybe your car will go faster like a Ferrari if u use this :-)

This car needs a diet. Figured out why they used big engines. Thanks for the info, all looks good
