Bill Thomas modified car
Anyone have any specifics on what documents a Bill Thomas modified car?

Re: Bill Thomas modified car
Bill Thomas had a shop. They used invoices and work orders, as one way to document their work.
The Novel Nova was first documented by comparing the original pictures from the Hot Rod magazine article, then chasing the history and ultimately Bill Thomas himself authenticating the car. |
Re: Bill Thomas modified car
Thanks Stefano - so a car worked on at the shop by Bill and his team (not a conversion) but at the customer request for certain mods - and no doc's to prove it, except conversation with the orig owner and with Bill Thomas - really does not do much for any added value to the car than the base car value as it is today - correct how to view this?

Re: Bill Thomas modified car
I didn't say that? I believe that just about anything Bill work on in his shop is special.
You asked how to document a BT car and I said that BT work orders would go along way and that when Bill was alive that he would write letters / affidavits in order to help authenticate the cars he worked on. |
