499 distributor, real or forgery?
 
A friend of mine could use this date for his L78 Camaro. The last '9' looks pretty doctored up, and the dist seems somewhat underpriced (but not terribly so). What do you guys think?

Its worth about $35. The advance mech. is worth about $50.
