What weekday might be best to spectate the auction cars and misc vendors ???

Planning to visit friends in Surprise, AZ during this week.

Ive been before many years ago, but cant recall what day etc.

I would say the earlier the better. The crowds get very large as the week progresses. All of the cars are on site by the beginning of the auction.

If you want to be a pure spectator and see the cars in the tents, go early in the week like elcamino72 says. If you want to see the auctions in the live and experience the atmosphere of a packed house and $/iron trading hands, go Thurs-Fri-Sat night.

This January will make 21 consecutive years I've been there, and that is very good advice.

As I'm flying in Tuesday afternoon ($200 roundtrip from Seattle) the earliest I can go is on Wednesday.

Will the usual Saturday afternoon Cruise In at McDonalds be a BIG DEAL on B-J weekend or not so much ??

Is there a good number of collector/show type cars on the Phoenix Craigs List during B-J week in Scottsdale
( I know that you cant have a trailered parked car for sale anywhere close to B-J)

Don't know about the Craigslist activity that week, but I can tell you there has been a HUGE reduction in the number of classic car ads appearing that week in the Arizona Republic newspaper in the past few years. The 'Saturday afternoon' cruise in at the McDonalds actually starts on Saturday morning, as many cars begin parking there on Friday night [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/shocked.gif[/img]

Wednesday will be a good day to hit B-J.
