23 year old woman semi truck truck driver, drove over a historic bridge with a 6 ton weight limit ( her truck weighed 30,000 lbs), bridge was also 2 feet lower than her truck and it had a no trucks sign right before the bridge.

Oh did I mention she drives for Wal Mart?
