The asking price for the first car is in Canadian dollars

51,663.75 cash rate
53,816.41 not cash rate

http://www.bankofcanada.ca/rates/exc...ily-converter/

Once you pay exchange on a few items it really becomes a hot topic.

From what I have seen so far US people should buy muscle cars in Canada (if they are sold in CAD) all day every day. PS: A while ago someone stated on here that all cars sold in Canada are in US dollars.......... nope.

That ASTRO blue one is great if it was a 4 speed I would love to go see the car.

Chris and I already looked into this car. It is not a true Astro Blue Car, It is a code 43 Citrus Green Car Restored in '99, Quarters replaced, Trunk patched with Automatic Trans. Even at the exchange rate the car is not worth $50K USD IMO the color change hurts the value of this car a lot. Chris passed on this car.

If I'm spending in the mid 50's for an L34 car I'm really focused on originality and a good color. I'm not a fan of gold, green or turquoise and don't like color on color cars like red with red interior. Lastly, I really don't want AC. IMO it just clutters the engine compartment and is often a pain. I would really love cowl induction, 4 speed and bucket seats.
