Tool for horn adjustment

I've searched the web and can't find anyone who makes the socket or wrench that fits the little adjustment screw on original horns. IT looks like a female Torx might work but they are 6 point and the screw has 7 flutes. I'm tired of using a little channel lock pliers and digging them up.
Any clues?

Thanks. I contacted him. He said they aren't available. You have to make one.

I'm sure Delco had them, and maybe Kent-Moore.
