For Sale:
Rebuilt 1970 Dated 396 - 350 Horse Motor. Block #'s are 3969854 and is date D-21-70
Heads #'s are 39795850 and dated D-7-70. New hydraulic cam with .499 lift (brand and specs in one of attached pics) should make 350 to 400 HP. new lifters, pushrods and rockerarms. New .30 over pistons, rings and bearings. You cannot build a motor for this price! $2000 firm.

Very fair price for a BB motor that's ready to go.

I had to look up those #950 heads...appears they were an oval port model used on trucks.

Was the engine rebuilt with the 10.25 to 1 pistons?

Yes, I believe these are stock 10.25 to 1 pistons .30 over.
