I'm gonna go way out on a limb here and say that distributor is likely an 1111263. No vacuum advance with a tach drive, and probably has a ball bearing instead of a bushing in the area just under the pick-up. A picture like your top picture, but with the tach drive hole facing down would show the area in the casting where the casting was different for distributors that had the upper bearing.

It's a K66 Transistor Ignition distributor. Missing the cap, harness and amplifier. Fairly common Corvette option in the '60s.

Re: ZL1 Distributor

The TI distributors did not have the number stamped on the body like the aluminum ones. Instead, the numbers were stamped in a metal band that was wrapped around the body of the distributor just above the mounting flange.
Once the band is removed, ID is difficult. I would guess the Corvette guys can tell you which cam went in which distributor. That, and the ball bearing vs. bushing, would be the best way to ID.
