I have a very nice Fan Shroud #3893815, have had this put away many years,
I was told this Is for a 69 Camaro small block,, any know the exact application.

Not familiar with that exact #.
#3938615 is for a 1969 Camaro Small block.
#3893814 is for a 1967-68 Camaro small block w/AC.
#3893816 is for a 1967-68-69 Camaro 6 cyl. w/AC.

I just sold a #814.

A Chevy dealer told me its for a 69 Camaro small block, just checking, it fits a standard 69 small block radiator perfect

Are you positive about that exact GM part number?
....might be a Firebird same years.

Not positive, was going by what someone had written on the box, I will pull it out and check the number,
