Coil spring identification

Can anyone help identify this coil spring code YN on the tag with part number 3928301. Just want to know before I get rid of it if anyone can identify it because it's New. Thanks

12/01/68 Parts book shows 3928301 coil spring, Group 7.412 fits the following.....
'68 Camaro 6 cylinder convertible except car air conditioning
'68 Camaro 6 cylinder coupe with car air conditioning
Says max load 2012 lbs
Part number was changed to 3955709 on 11/70
