Crankcase Ventilation

I'm considering running hoses from my Moroso Chrysler style valve cover breathers to the tubes that already exist in my headers, with a check valve. A friend told me to be careful as he knew someone who did this and literally sucked all the oil out of his motor. :dunno:

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, Kurt

Do your valve covers have baffles in them under the breathers?

Which issue are you having that you want to run the hoses?

I have a friend who runs a dyno and that setup creates horsepower.......and I figured it wasn't hard for me to do it since the pipe is already installed in my headers.

Gotcha. I have thought about doing a evac pump system if I were gonna build a high horse motor. But Im poor so I dont have to worry much about that.. :o
