1970 GTO rear valance mounting question.

Looking for a picture on how the 70 GTO rear bumper valance panel mounts to the bumper. I bought this bracket kit but just can’t figure out what the brackets are for. I think I figured out how the valance panel mounts to the trunk drop off with 2 of the brackets in the kit. Anyone have a picture from under the car back to the valance panel?

These are the brackets I bought. The 2 small ones get welded to the trunk drop offs.
