Front runner identification help

Just picked up these front runners the gentleman I got them from said they were cragars but I’m not sure. The center of each spoke comes to a point. I know the center caps say cragar however there’s tape holding them on. I think there 15x3.5 but might be 15x4. Thanks

On the back of one wheel it’s says 4-71 firestone and on the front of the other rim it says 4-71
|
I just picked up a pair of 15x4 front runner steel slots and on the back is Firestone dated 69
|

Cleaned up pretty well for being 46 years young. Now to find a decent set of center caps!
