The Supercar Registry - to document a corvette

Who would a guy call to document a 68 435HP Corvette Roadster in the St Louis area? Not necessarily St Louis...but in the mid west...trucking the car to surrounding states or have a guy come in is OK

Lots of documentation, a tank sticker etc..but who is a recognized, respected person to have it inspected and confirm all the documentation with to make sure the car is what its represented as??

Is it an inspector type thing or take it to Bloomington? etc..someone that can point out the good and what needs to be corrected...already know the M21 is not correct for the car...

someone like MacNiesh but for Vettes....i have no clue who to contact...already looking at getting the NCRS stuff if available
