How much for a driver quality 1970 Z28?

I have owned two 1970 Z28's in the past and always thought I'd have another but, the prices had escalated out of my reach when I was searching for a collector car.

As a result I settled on a 1969 L46 Corvette. I always wanted a 1970 LT1 Corvette but, since they were too much as well, I searched for a 1969 L46 that was as close as I could find. I was lucky enough to find a numbers matching coupe; black, saddle interior with transistorized ignition, tilt-tele, no AC, PW.

I have enjoyed the car but, that desire for a 1970 Z is still there. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the current going rate is for a driver quality Z these days.

Thanks

Like most of these cars how original does it need to be? Original "born with" drivetrain? For that and a #3 condition I would say mid to high 30's. #2 condition low to high 40's. #1 condition which you probably wouldn't want to drive much anyway is 50-65 depending on history and paperwork and mileage etc. Certain rare option COPO cars have cracked 6 figures at auction.

I wish people wouldn't put split bumpers on non RS cars. Just doesn't look right.

I don't remember where I was the other day but there was a poster or T-shirt with a Regular Camaro with an RS bumper on the front. I suppose some people have got to the point they don't know any difference
