67 Camaro pace car 12 bolt info
I have a 67 pace car 12 bolt that I'm trying to figure out

I was just wondering about this rear end, I have never seen one with a factory traction bar, my dad bought the car for parts in the mid 70s it was a 67 convertible pace car he saved the rear end and the piece that went in the floor that the traction bar bolted to. I cant seem to find much info about what all came with it. I am cleaning out his shop selling some of this stuff and this really interested me. I love Camaros and thought I knew a fair amount about them, I have a 67 convertible race car and my pops has a 67 hard top both have been race cars sence new. My convertible has 2300 miles is plum purple, original paint and Tom. Thank you for the info I really appreciate it!

I'm not sure about the dates, dad is 76 and I'm going off of what he said, I do have the front brakes off this same car and it did have the 4 pistons calipers but I barely remember the car when he had it.

The first design was round and was used on the SS with 350. The larger square design was phased into production in late spring with the introduction of the 396.
