1963 Galaxie 427 dual 4's
3 Attachment(s)
These cars were built in a time when the big three were competing for performance superiority with bare knuckles and no governmental intervention. Ford named "Total Performance" program.
This car hibernated for many years partially disassembled and amazingly virtually 100 % complete. https://www.hotrod.com/articles/long...k-on-the-road/ |
Man, those FEs with the tri-power..... that's just as smooth as a fresh jar of Skippy!!

That car is so cool. Love those long tube cast iron headers. Glad he put dual circuit brakes on it since he's driving it.
Really makes me want to find a 427 for my 64 Mercury. |
I had one of those R code 64 Galaxie's, mine was a black bench seat, red ex/black car.

A fine use of Cragar GT wheels!

Very cool Ford. That thing is screaming for a tear drop hood.
