'68 #s L78 Chevelle, Gorgeous
Great colors, a Buick bench, 4.10s, and a 4-speed - I love this one. Oddly, no pics of the deck stamp, which I'd want to see before bidding.

Neat car! I found a previous listing of the car that shows the deck stamp and trim tag... and the car has correct 68 Chevelle buckets at the time with no console. What gives?

Here is the ad for it on CL:
https://stlouis.craigslist.org/cto/d...044220510.html I remember this car being for sale in the Houston area within the past few years. The ad M22Rag linked verifies that. Somewhere along the way that seller changed it to the Buick bench seat interior due to a GM or supplier strike at the time the car was built and that's what the trim tag is coded for (? something along those lines ?) . Car is 2-3 hours away from me due east of KC it appears now. |

Relisted in the link below for $50k, a little less than the Craigslist ad.

I used to own a 68 L78 with 4:88's and M22, Grotto Blue with white buckets. Gagliano used to see it at a local cruise in Chicago. Anybody ever see it ?
