They are still out there !!
It’s stories like this that make me still believe and chase all the BS “I know where there is a cross-ram Camaro” stories until proven otherwise.
I know a guy that very recently pulled a still unknown 67 Z RS out of the barn where it was parked in 1981. Original block, trans and rear. Needs restored but he paid about the cost of a couple used 12 bolt rears. |
Nice!

Yes white car, black deluxe. I sent you a pic.. can you post it? It’s too large here on my end.
Yes, It is real car! .. .06B build. Deluxe interior RS. Original MO block, original M-21 and original 3.73 traction bar rear. Parked in barn in 1981. Still basically unknown car. Guy never heard of Jerry M or 67 Z registry. Will be registered shortly. |
My dad talked to a friend of his who he has known FOREVER - since the mid 60's - my dad went into the navy in 67 and when he got home in 71 his friend was driving a 71 vette...
2 months ago my dad and he are talking Dad tells him about my 71 LT1 my brother's Z28 and he tells my dad I thought you only messed with flatheads - said he doesn't have the vette but he still has the 67 Z28 he bought new and parked in the fall of 1970 when he got the vette, it hasn't moved out of his parents garage until a year ago... and then just to get to his house. He also has no idea who Jerry is and couldn't care less. I am trying to get some more information... |
